Return & Refund policy

You must accept our return and refund policy for all new orders.

For new product orders-

1. Our service is completely transparent and drafted keeping your best interest in mind.

2. You can cancel your placed order within 24 Hours of placing the order and can get full refund for your order.

3. After 24 hours, you can’t cancel your order from portal but are free to refuse your order at the time of delivery.

4. In case of refusal at the time of delivery. Your order will cancel and full refund will be made.

5. If case you’ve found the product faulty or not working properly. You can easily raise a return request.

6. You can raise the return request within 1 day of delivery of your order. After the return period, no return request will be accepted.

7. We will initiate the pickup. Kindly keep all the accessories ready along with original packaging and invoice.

8. We will recheck the product and if the product found to be faulty then we will initiate the complete refund (including shipping charges).

9. If, in any case, the product found to be completely working then we will re-deliver your product or you can still choose for refund but the shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount.

10. We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy anytime without any prior notice to the customers.

Note that, it is very easy for us to identify our delivered product. So, it is unbearable that if any product found to be changes while returning the item. It is the violation of our terms and condition and policies and such customers are liable for legal actions. They are liable to pay a heavy penalty or any strict legal action could be taken by the government.
